CSI, Canapa Sativa Italia, is an association operating in the world of hemp born on 15 July 2018 from the union of numerous operators from all sectors of the supply chain. The project, launched in social networks as early as 2014, found concreteness four years later becoming a fully representative reality of the sector, from growers to traders, processors, technicians, analytical and legal sectors and many professionals of related activities. Today Canapa Sativa Italia has an ever-increasing number of associates, companies and individuals who make up a large slice of the market, who are guaranteed agreements to take advantage of the main services with the best prices on the market. These virtuous companies are committed to respecting high quality and ethical standards, actively contributing to the growth of the sectors and sharing scientifically correct information. Internal consultancy guarantees our members controlled traceability products through shared protocols. In fact, our association also represents an economic, training and technical support system and guarantees total openness towards all members of every single decision taken. The Board of Directors meets weekly in conference calls open to all members, this is because we firmly believe in the horizontality of an associative reality like ours that allows us the maximum diversity of thought during debates and thematic evenings. With great commitment CSI managed to be the institutional representative of the sector, obtaining a place at the supply chain ministerial table called by Undersecretary Giuseppe L’Abbate, delegate of MIPAAF for hempiculture.
