Dear Member of the EIHA,
At the previous EIHA General Meeting a new membership fee structure has been decided by the participating members. Please find the new membership fee structure below:
=> Companies can only apply for regular membership.
=> Only private persons can join as associate members.
In order to keep EIHA advocacy strategy and actions in Brussels, an implementation of the new membership fee invoicing system is of great importance.
Due to this reason we ask you to provide us your yearly turnover for participating in EIHA as a regular member. Relevant is the turnover of the last annual account before the meeting, in this case we consider the published annual account of 2017 to be relevant. Please provide a copy (scan) of the according page or a link to the publication of your annual account 2017 to dominik.vogt@eiha.org (EIHA office).
EIHA office and me as Managing Director will treat your information strictly confidential and will not pass it on to third parties.
The last invoices in regards to the EIHA membership fee were issued at the end of March 2018 and sent to the existing members. Since the membership lasts one year, new members who joined the EIHA in April/May 2018 or later will receive the corresponding invoices for 2019 later. Nevertheless, we need your annual turnover data now in order to prepare the new billing system accordingly.
Deadline for the submission of your annual account is 31.03.2019. After this date the membership for EIHA will only be granted to companies which provided the annual turnover (see above) and have paid the membership fee (according to our according invoices which will be issued in April).
