3. Italy: Lawyer Mr. Giacomo Bulleri was born in Volterra (Tuscany) on 7.08.1979 where attended “Giosuè Carducci high school and graduated on 1998. He entered at Pisa University’s law faculty and gratuated in 2005. He’s member of the professional law order of Livorno. In 2010 he opened his own law firm and developed the matters about commercial and corporate legislation.
He deals with all issues regarding real estates, is Professional Officer about sales operations of Tribunal of Livorno. Mr. Giacomo Bulleri is an expert on the field of hemp and therapeutic cannabis. He attended at auditions in XIII Agricultural Commission in the legislative procedure of italian law nr. 242/2016 about hemp.
Has coordinated technical board for drawing up the disciplinary about hemp flower’s production adopted by Federcanapa, CIA – Italian Farmers and Confagricoltura.
Mr. Giacomo Bulleri is author of opinions and articles published in legal and trade magazines, is consultant and advisor of Federcanapa, SICAM (Scientific Italian Society for therpeutic cannabis) as well as many italian and international companies operating in the field of hemp.
